I need the BEST cheap vaporizer

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by Jgrowing, Aug 18, 2010.

  1. So I have been smoking on and off since I was 13, and basically since 17 daily.
I realize that now at 22 that it may be a great alternative to cigarettes and alcohol however it still does damage. I heard rumors that depending on what you are smoking out of you can create cancerous cells, and that is the point of me smoking weed to avoid bad things like that which have took two of my family members I can recall in the past 15 years, one recently!

So in short I need a vaporizer max of around 50.00 that I can buy on ebay or some online store that has credibility.

also any advice on which specific vaporizer etc, and do any vaporizer get you more of a buzz then others?

different vaporizers I heard have different taste, I am looking for safety first then the vaporizer that will get me most high lol:hello:

    Thanks for reading

    Jeremy

  2. Mainly does vaprozing get you as high as smoking regularly, and a safe one if you know off top:hello::wave::D:p

  3. Well, I know we're only working with a budget of $50, and that's right around what I bought my first vape for (BC Vaporizer, dome-style vape) years ago, but to be totally honest with you, you're probably going to get a lot more out of something like the Magic Flight Launch Box than anything else that's cheaper than that. The MFLB runs around $90 - $100 online. Check fuckcombustion.com, I hear they have coupons for discounts on the MFLB.

And please do not attempt to use the excuse that "$50 is all I have to spend". Weed smokers usually have money to buy weed, therefore the money issue is usually only a matter of priority. Skip your next pickup or two and invest in your health. You'll never regret it.

If you can save up for a bit more, and want something a bit more robust, the Da Budda Vape (a.k.a. the "DBV") runs around $150, and from what I hear is awesome. Obviously when you start getting into the $150 - $200 range, your options open up a LOT with vapes.

I love my MFLB. Works like a champ, and gets me ripped off very little weed.

  4. Just edit your first post, don't bump this often.

The only vaporizer I can think of in that price range is the VaporGenie. I highly recommend that instead you spend $30-40 more and buy the Magic-Flight Launch Box, it should suit you perfectly and comes with a lifetime warranty so you're all set.

  5. ^This.

The Magic Flight Launch Box will suit you perfectly.

  6. ok so last question and I want to thank all of you for posting, does vaporizing weed burn more then smoking weed would?

Thanks much im going to buy the magic box

  7. In the reality of it there is no "burning" of the actual product...well... there is but not like combustion... it just slowly dries and burns kind of like leaves in the fall it yellows then browns.... but if you mean, burns your lungs....no...it shouldn't have any adverse effects on your lungs, it will actually feel good on them...it may burn your lip tho...hahahahahahahahahahahaha if you turned the vape up too high.... but the magic flight launch box people have spoken of wont do that

  8. nope, you'll need wayyyy less bud to get you high with a vaporizer as compared to smoking the same amount. enjoy the launch box, i own one as well :hello:

  9. how long have you had yours man, i've been reading reviews and shit for them, first, i cant find 1 negative review, which means, its perfect, or only potheads buy it and are too lazy to review with negative comments.... and i can't find ANYTHING on how long one lasts before that lifetime warrenty becomes handy....because we all know shit fails....ive had my table top need repairs before... i just want 1 fucking person whose had it break so i can atleast know how that part of cust service works....but im pretty sold on it.... pretty sure ill be buying one within the week or next.....hehehehe but yea how long have you had it man

i've had mine for about a month i think. there's like a 160 page thread exclusively for the launch box over at fuckcombustion where even the manafacturer magic-flight posts. i read pretty much all those 160 pages when i was blazed and saw LOADS of people get replacements for even TINY issues without any hassle at all.. like literally you just email them saying something doesn't feel right and you want a replacement and they will ship one right out. truly one of the most customer friendly companies i've seen recently.

plus it's so tiny and just.. elegantly made with simple material, hence the chance of it breaking is really low. as long as you're careful with the inner screen, you're good to go. the only additional expense i can see that is worth making is buying either a good 15-minute charger or a quality 1-2 hour charger and 4-5 extra batteries to have around. this is more of a luxury than a necessity though, and even if you indulge in it you won't have to cough up more than $150 total for everything including extra batteries and a higher quality charger. that's the only problem i see with the box, the quality of the charger they ship out isn't too good for the long run. it'll work perfectly for most people though, i'm just a little extra picky when it comes to things.

  11. ^QFT - I HIGHLY suggest you save up some more money and get a good quality vaporizer. If health is your main concern then you should take in account that cheap vapes come with cheap parts. It may break on you sooner, you may be inhaling things they used in the cheap manufacturing process (glue etc.) and it may not be as efficient. If you are truly serious about getting a vape for your health then buy at LEAST a vaporbros - but I'd suggest the da buddha (lower end) or the silver surfer vaporizer (high end) to get a great quality vaporizer.

I personally own the SSV and I'm in love with it. I'm a daily toker as well and I can stretch an 8th that would last me MAYBE a week in blunts to almost a month if not more with my vape. You use such small amounts of weed I feel like I'm breaking the law....oh wait....;)

  12. I have a surfer too, i couldnt be more bored with it..... and how it is fucking locked in my house and cant fucking go anywhere...and was the one i referenced breaking...took ssv 2 weeks to send me a fixed one..... I want something i can just use at work... I can puff at my work so the only issue is actually filling the office with smoke...i have to smoke out the window lol my boss doesnt like the smoke in here...but the vape would fix that easily and the surfer is too much of a hassle to bring here, take home, bring here, take home

  13. trust me bro the MFLB will suit you perfectly. i don't know anyone who, after giving it a fair and knowledgeable chance, has regretted buying it

  14. haha the only reason im iffy on it is because i purchased an e-cig with perfect reviews that then broke and it has a warranty but...it wasnt worth it in general, a vape is different however hehehehe

  15. haha the flight box has an incredible reputation as anyone can tell you haha, there's a reason everyone keeps recommending it :)

  16. so what happens if you want to re vaporize your bud, i heard there is some potency left in it, how do you know when the bud is finished meening no more thc to extract etc

is there a negative effect if you vaporize say one half gram of weed 20 times over for 3-4 hours straight instead of putting in new bud?

  17. sooner or later the vapour will become increasingly wispy and you'll give up. once you get a vaporizer and use it a few times, you'll figure out where you want to stop. it's not too hard once you master the slight learning curve. it's more fun than anything, actually.

  18. If you want a cheap reliable one get the MFLB. But ultimately, I don't think vaporizing is too healthy either because you get concentrated thc which can have negative effects on the brain i think. when you vape i don't think you get other cannabinoids like cannabidiol which counteract any of the negative effects of thc.
