    I found that, with my ADHD, Headband works the best for creativity. In many of my college music theory classes early on I used headband as a way to help me complete stanzas and complex metered parts of songwriting :p

    I agree with this, head band really does make you feel like a tight band is around your head, its not unpleasant though, it locks you into focus mode.
