  1. We are moving to NJ. They just passed the law for using medical marijuana that is not going to take place till July 2010. My question is does anyone know how to grow this legally without the feds busting you? Where do these dispensaries get it if it's illegal to grow. My husband here in Colrado has a medical marijuana license because he has chronic pain in his back . This has forced him to lose his job so we where thinking of him being a caregiver which would work perfect for him since he cannot do his construction business he's own since 1982 . As I've bee researching only alternative treatment centers are allowed to grow. Growers are being busted all over the place. How do you do this legally??? Anyone know. Thanks for any input.

  2. New Jersey won't allow for home cultivation. Also NJ is the first state to have dispensaries regulated and strictly monitored by Department of Health and Senior Services and Department of Law and Public Safety. The first 6 will be non-profits and the departments may allow for profit dispensaries later on. Patients are limited to only 2 ounces of marijuana per month.

The marijuana in NJ is going to be produced by the dispensaries themselves with tight regulations.

It does not look like there is anyway to become a caregiver in New Jersey unless you get a job at one of their alternative treatment centers.
