I found 30 of these 25mg each what are the effects i looked it up and it said it will help with sleep and anxiety plus it will give sedation with 50mg-100mg anyone had experience with this? If so please let me know what to expect.

Can't ask for dosage advice. I never found them very effective at anything though, I've have heard from friends that they are somewhat sedating.
It it an anti-histamine / slight sedative, sometimes used in pre-op. It is also used to potentiate opioids as well as reduce the itching side effects.
