hey say if i had 2 150w cfl woud that be the same as 4 50w CFL so if i bought 2 of these Hydroponic 150w CFL grow light 6500k compact fluoro - eBay Lights, Hydroponics, Gardening, Lawn Care, Home. (end time 22-Aug-09 14:42:46 AEST) and two other ones for flowering
Uhhh well it would be 300w vs 200w... Although I think that smaller wattage CFLs are more efficient than larger ones (don't quote me on that). Six 50w bulbs might give you slightly more light than two 150w.
ok cool would 2 150 W lights be good for 2 plants? or am i better off just using the 4ft floro tubes iv got? anyone got some grow info on floros tubes only?
I'd prefer to use 42w bulbs , more efficent watts to lumens, and allow better placement of lights than 1 over each.
I'd suggest a 250w MH/HPS kit, once you're burning up that many watts the HIDs are more efficient and deliver more lumens.
