Just take some on your finger and smear it all over (inside and out) of the blunt wrap/swisher/whatever,then let it dry, once its dry, spreadone more layer inside where you would put the weed drizzle a little over the weed, and roll. Once you're done rolling coat it once or twice more on the outside of the blunt. let air dry and presto.

dont dip it.. its gonna fuck up ur blunt and waste it all and it will be drenched.. id just take a new paint brush and paint the codeine on there then let it dry up common sense dont listen to a blonde chick.
na na na u put some in the cap open up the wrap and dip ur finger in the cap, then wipe it in the inside of the wrap then roll it up with some trees, i smoke em every now and then they get u leaning
