Yes, inevitably they are slightly harder to roll with, but if you are experienced with rolling blunts it should be no obstacle. The main advantage i find to the clear blunt wraps is the fact that they burn down alot slower than the traditional wrap, also, the wrap is basically all gum so is alot easier to stick.
I find them harder to roll, but as mentioned if you can roll a decent blunt already, it is hardly an issue. They burn slower but I always have a problem with them burning smoothly. They seem kinda harsh. The ones I get are plant cellulose or something.
