NL #5 seeds. i was told a very tolerant strain for first timers.

2 1/2 weeks into vegging under 400w MH bulb. 18/6 schedule.

    temps 75-85.
    pH = 7.5.
lights are 16" away from top of plants.
oscillating fan on low on at all times.
    been watering every 3 days.
just gave nutes 4 days ago. very small amount of floranova grow.

  2. You forgot a picture. :)

  3. done and done.

  4. ph is too high, i suspected this was a ph problem, drop it to about 5.5 - 6.5

  5. drop it to 6.5 in soil.

  6. what's the best way to lower it. right now i'm just using 6.0pH water when i water them every 3 days. is there a quicker way? i heard lime works.

  7. maybe afew drops of lemon juice could lower your water ph abit

  8. lime will raise your ph, you need to use some sort of acid, like lemon juice, or top dress with pete moss, its acidic. several companies make ph down, you should probably ph your nutes a little lower than what you need and test runoff to see what it is.

  9. could also be heat stress, they'll do that when too hot.

  10. He's right its definitely heat stress but your pH is also very high

  11. i would have said that if the ends were slightly burnt or curling, but this look likes a ph twist.

  12. if his p.h. is at 6 its too low for soil it should be at 6.5 hydro is good at 5.8....

  13. My plant's leaves taco'd when they got too much light.

  14. thanks, well right now it's at 7.5ish which i know is too high. what is the easiest and quickest way to lower it?

it's in a coco/worm casting 3 to 1 ratio mix soil. thanks! :smoking:

  15. do you think a 400w MH should be more than 16" away from the tops?
