Where can you grow and breed marijuana legally?

  1. Obama doesn't make any laws.

  2. Everyday people move to Colorado because they like skiing, California because they like the sun and beaches, ect.. It doesn't seem that extreme to me for people to move somewhere so they can enjoy cannabis freely if it is their favorite recreational activity.

  3. In Alaska, it is technically legal by the state to posses certain amounts of marijuana or grow on your property, however this goes against federal laws which bans marijuana across the country.

But, the DEA is around to fight bigger cases, and leave smaller cases to local police. So, if you grow in Alaska, it is technically legal to grow small amounts. DEA does not waste their time on somebody growing a few plants, they leave that to local police. And since state law in Alaska says it is legal to posses or grow, the DEA will not waste their time if it is a few plants, and the local police cannot do much about it.

  4. alaskas a trek and a half nomatter where you are lol!

  5. I believe in Portugal all drugs are legal for personal use, not sure about the "manufacturing" of drugs though.

  7. Thats bullshit under the United States Consitution States can make their own laws in liu of federal law. So if the state says its legal for you to do something then it is and vice/versa.

  8. thats what i was thinking of while reading most of this thread... pretty sad that it basically means nothing anymore.

  9. It does in court cause thats what our system is built on. Its also why the President halted raids on MMJ shops and grow sites in states where MMJ is legal.

But yes its sad that people are disgracing something that protects us.

  10. Definitely come to Colorado.

It's Medical and it's been decriminalized... dispensaries all over the state so you can really live wherever you want.

And of course, great skiing all over.

  11. Can't believe no one has mentioned Amsterdam.

  12. Its actually illegal there too, just tolorated

  13. Mendocino county CA

  14. Also I forgot to mention that if you own a farm that under federal law you are allowed to grow up too 5 plants legally.

  15. I live in Colorado next to a ski resort. Weeds cheap and delicious.

  16. Marijuana is not legal. It is tolerated. Anybody over the age of 18 can buy up to 5 grams a day.

However, growing marijuana still remains illegal and not tolerated in Amsterdam, and the question was where you can grow and breed it legally.

  17. I'm curious what the case was because those TV judge shows usually deal with civil cases involving relatively small amounts of money. I'm pretty sure that in most cases they're not acting in an official capacity as a judge, but as arbitrators. If the subject of marijuana came up, it was probably an aside and nothing that would be ruled on in the course of a show.

  18. Don't think this was the Judge Judy case referred to, since the defendant here was in possession of weed and not growing it. And they don;t mention the state, but I thought this was interesting anyway.

The landlord actually steals the renters bud, and Judge Judy lays down the law on his fat ass. Also gives you some insight into the mentality and ignorance of the mainstream when it comes to marijuana
