Getting worried about my order.

  1. Not sure where to post this, sorry if it's the wrong section.

    I have contacted customer support and SuperJoint but I am very concerned about getting my order or money back. I ordered $63.95 worth of things off of here last night and my card was charged. Received an email today from Sacha stating that my credit card was not approved and my order was cancelled. I thought ok that's fine and went to check my credit card, my money is still gone. Now everything is not so fine. Has this happened to anyone else? What can I do? I haven't gotten an answer back and I am very worried that I won't get my money back.

    I think he's still sleeping right now. It's bed time on his side of the world. He'll respond tomorrow, I'm sure.
     
  3. Thanks for the reassurance. I have been checking this forum and my email all day to see what's going to happen. I hope I can get my order delivered instead of my money back. This seems like a really great site but if my credit card is not being accepted here for some reason I would hate to have to find another place to order from. GC has everything you need.

  5. Thanks everyone. I got an email from Sacha and my order should be shipping. It says partial shipping, can anyone tell me what that means? Sorry for the questions but I have never ordered from here before.
     
  6. you've probably ordered several items, including colorchanging glass, these orders are shipped in two packages from different locations.... hence the partial shipping notice
