You're correct about that. Look at your first post and tell us what the hell you are trying to say...
yea well it's like a lawyer joke. 12b6's is "motion to dismiss on grounds that claim has no legal remedy" and that is how you make cases "dissapear". 56b'ing is motion for summary judgement for defendant (basically if the plaintiff has done something wrong proceduraly or something that like, you can motion for summary judgement, and then they just give the defedenant a judgement and end the trial). Haha yes I am now a law school zombie.
