Hi guys, I'm upto day 40 and bought a humidifier a few days back. My humdity was a stable 35%, thing we're going well, if a little slow. so I thought I'd boost it up and had it at around 65% for a few days.

A couple of days ago I went out for the day and when I came back the humidifier had gone crazy and RH was up over 100%, my plants had gone limp and leaves were dying off. I've got rid of the humidifier now but they're not recovering. My plan is to do a flush on all 3 later and hope for the best.

Does anyone know if it is high humidity that's done this and how to correct it or does it look like something else and the humidity is just coincidence.

  2. I'm using 2 125w cfls, medium is soil and perlite. Nutes are biobizz organic.

As I said everything was going well till I put the humidifier in so I think that must be the problem

  3. Not sure, but there's not too much wrong with them at this point. Tell us more about how you grow or "care" for them. Watering habits, do you feed and if so, what, how much and how often. Do you pH your water to the proper range? Just all the basic info you can think of will help us get a better idea of what's up with your plant. TWW

  4. They actually look worse than the pics make out.

I feed every 3rd/4th day, about 1/3 of a gallon per plant.

Per gallon of water I use:

    I tsp RAW cal/mag
    2 tsp epsom salts
    4ml biobizz bio grow
    1ml biobizz bio bloom
    2ml plant magic bio silicon

As I said, the plants were all in good condition until the humidifier went crazy.

  5. I got the humidifier because the natural RH is low. I had the humidity stabil at 65% and all was good, then the humidifier went crazy and my hygrometer was showing upwards of 100%. It was like a rainforest in the tent and my plants all went limps and started curling. I've since removed the humidifier but they don't seem to be recovering
