Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by RatedRKO16, Feb 11, 2016.

  1. Would it help or make a situation like this worse?

This this the very first post I've seen about this condition, I also have it, for me I find it sometimes effects it but only if I seem to be coughing a lot my chest will get sore and swollen In fact it's been swollen since 2014 July/August, I find ice and heating pad helps with the pain, tho the swelling as stayed :(, but to answer your question, if you find that you cough a lot while smoking say either from joints, bongs of what have you id say stop the smoking before it gets worse, also I find that blunts are always harsh and make me cough a lot witch makes it even more painful and more swollen, best advice is take it easy on smoking if you find it makes your symptoms worse it's different for everybody I'd say, also if you may want to look into for costochondritis exercises there are some are YouTube and such maybe your family doctor could give you more insight into what worlds best for you, best of luck

  3. My lungs are really clear. My inflammation/pain is more external in the muscles and tissues in between the ribs. Whatever I have going on, I think weed just makes me more aware of it, rather than actually making the situation worse.

At least I'm hoping... I might have to take a break and see if its at least not making it worse.

  4. I've been told by 3 diff doctors at a&e I have this,I've still been smoking up I've cut down to a 1/4,1/2 oz a month rather than smoking an oz a month, smoking makes no difference with me I have the pain if I smoke or I don't I just dose myself up on pain killers throughout the day and it seems to help:smoke:

  5. & take allergy tablets they help to reduce the pain too + weed helps swelling from what ive read online im not 100%:smoke:
