Getting close to first harvest and it's a little difficult to get a read of the trichomes. (Clear, cloudy, amber). I have a 30x / 60x jewelers loupe, but difficult to focus in on trichs with movement etc... I see no amber for sure. But hard to tell cloudy/ clear. Should I just cut off a leaf near the top to examine?
A leaf isn't a good tester as you aren't going to smoke the leaf and they're trichomes probably started before the bud did. Take a sample bud from the upper part of the plant. Not the very top but a few inches down to get the best look Sent from my LGL22C using Tapatalk
Ok thanks man. Im not crazy. So thats what an amber trich looks like. Ok. Im now ok. I just never in my life seen amber. Couuuucchhhhloocckkkk. Thanks!
