What are you guys thoughts and experience with snagging high end expensive lights used on ebay for cheap? Sent from my SM-G530P using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I'd maybe buy a used magnetic ballast, but bulbs and hood loose their effectiveness over time and you never know how long they've been running them for.
My thought is no warranty, and people usally selling lights for many reasons. (Don't grow no more, light don't work, light does not grow, light has been used and has lost some of its ummph, etc.) I would be leary of it and probably just go ahead and buy new. Spending the extra coin for warranties and new sometimes is a good thing. Especially with something like the center of your grow, the light. Buy new.
