3x3 grow room? I'm a ghetto grower. Meaning, I'm going to grow the best for the least. I'm gonig to use duct tape, and extension cords. If I can't do it easily and inexpensively, I'm not going to do it. With that said. I'm in a 3x3 also. Made from shelves, cardboard, mylar, and some moving blankets in a cold ass garage. I brought these up from clones, I have had a lot of bug problems, my own fault, but these lights rock. 2nd week into flower and I have little nuggs growing. I wouldn't touch an LED light or panel if it was more than 50 bucks. Please research LED's before purchasing, they are not special, they are not magical, what they are is simple and efficient. If you are a go getter, you can DIY 1000 watt LED lighting solution for under 200.00. Good luck on your search. MG
