Kansas questioning if Colorado Cannabis is affecting the state

  1. Colorado voted on Amendment 64 more than 3 years ago. But other states still have a problem with this. One of the states that opposes this is Kansas, which actually borders Colorado. Since Kansas still has yet to understand the full potential of cannabis, it remains illegal for recreational and medicinal use.
The attorney general of Kansas, Derek Schmidt, has sent out over 500 surveys to county and district attorneys, chiefs of police, and sheriffs to see how colorado pot coming across the border is affecting the areas in their jurisdiction. However, this info will likely be used against us. Saying that Colorado cannabis is hurting the state. When in reality, it's the people of Kansas that are ready for a safer alternative to recreational and medicinal drug use. It's time to stop fighting this.

  3. Yea I saw a story in t.v. of border town police bitching that it was costing them too much money arresting all the travelling pothead passing through and that Colorado should absorb some of the costs.

    Lmao, ass backward idiots.

  4. It's funny how these guys are total communists about weed, but pure capitalists on just about everything else.
