  5. I'm in Colorado where it's legal to smoke while on probation I smoke to help stabilize myself mentally because I'm disabled and can't stand prescription drugs due to the side effects, my probation officer told me to build a case for myself to take in front of a judge so hence my question....

  8. You're making a good case for yourself right now, coming off as very sensible, why don't you just go before the judge and act like you are right now: "Grrr, I NEED to smoke because people exist!"

  9. Granny Storm Crows list.
It breaks it down to the studies for your particular condition.
    :smoke:

  10. Thanks guys for your input

  11. I don't get the "cons" point. Many pros but I would leave cons out of the equation.

  12. Do you currently have a medical cannabis card?

  14. Here it go Op ..
    Pros:
    - its just a plant (natures healing herb)
    - you cant die from an OD
    - several states have medically legalized it
    - more sick people prefer it more than prescription pills
    - it makes a good sleeping aid for those with insomnia ..

    Cons:
    - Its legal through state But not through Federal
    - People with lung issues can still jeopardize their health
    - The prison system can still fill up due to weed violations
    - Although its no longer considered a drug its still on the drug screen panel so its hard to gain employment ..
The pros will always out weigh the cons ..

  15. Notice how the pros are rooted in nature and actual preference, while the cons are imposed onto the smoker by others/the system.

  16. Weed is still considered a drug. Just not an illegal drug (In some places.)That's why jobs test for it... Along with a lot of legal prescription drugs. Kinda sucks that employers still look at it poorly though.

  17. Jobs test for it because their insurance companies require it for coverage.

    Pros:

Appetite stimulant, helps you eat more to put on weight.
    Treats insomnia.
    Enhances creativity.
    Calms nerves.
    Treats depression.
Low THC, High CBD strains can act as an anti-psychotic.
Reduces Anger by putting you in a calm state.
    Anti-anxiety.
    Relives stress.
Stops certian cancer cells from growing.

    Cons:
Munchies might make you eat to much and get fat.
You might get so lazy that you actually can't be bothered to actually commit any crimes.

You might accidentally choke on a pot brownie.

Try make your cons list as short as possible with stupid obvious answers.

  19. Granny Stormcrow has a list kicking around on the forums somewhere, I'm not too sure where to find it but you might find some use for it.

  20. did you just respond to yourself calling yourself incompetent?
