Oh well that's good news for the UK, I didn't know the police were that lenient. The US has harsher drug laws and penalties in the first place, but as least it's shifting slowly state by state. I guess I kind of meant if we were to measure the progress, disregarding the starting point. That's such a shame though, it can still completely ruin your life getting caught over there. Ha, didn't realise Cameron was partial to a joint. The rule is though --- drugs are illegal and only for scum bags, junkies and reprobates. Unless your rich. Then it's classy to snort a big line to start your day on wall street.
