Qwiso Question

  1. Hey guys, so recently I made a batch of qwiso. A few days later I noticed on my filter I used to strain the iso, there was a sandy colour dust on it, after brushing it all up, I had a fairly large pile. Im just wondering if this is something that was extracted, and if would be safe to smoke? Thanks

  2. ya man should be fine long as it's dried out 100% go for it thats just the thc n plant matter that didn't make it through the filter

  3. That is not true, most the stuff left on the filter is just useless plant matter.

  4. That's just the trichs that got broken off the flower while shaken. You'll notice the first run had almost all of it versus the second or third because it all got washed off as you went. The thc and other goods inside were already pulled out by the alcohol, leaving an empty husk of what they once were. It's useless and it contains alcohol still too. I really wouldn't smoke it. And iso shouldn't really be used, it's not really clean enough to be used to make extracts. Id still dab away, i dabbed plenty qwiso, but in the future get some ethanol, or make rosin. Rosin is the safest method out there, you just need some half decent flower to get any results. Its the quickest too.

  5. Hey thanks guys for all the advice, I stayed away from smoking it
