  1. I never learned how to ride one. Is it too late? I'm 26

  2. no it is not too late. wear a helmet.

Oh wait...this news flash just in......If you are over the age of 25...you will never learn how to ride a bike! Too late! You should have learned when you were a kid....sorry.....

  3. damn! should have learned when I was 25 haha

  4. idk why but i find that weird. wtf did you do as a child? sit inside all day? lol

like the other guy said you might want to get a helmet. also go somewhere where there isn't a lot of people unless you don't mind embarrassing yourself.

  5. no, I rode a trike as a kid and played tennis but just never learned

  6. This whole time I thought he meant a motorcycle

  7. Nope.

Just remember speed keeps you up. Also go slow and get a feel for the bike.

  8. we aren't talking about motorcycles??

    bwahhahhahah

at this point ive been biking long enough that describing how to bike is hard for me since I feel with one on my bike lol. I just hop on and go like its my legs..... or well ...an extension of me....... but balance is just that major hurdle to over come. once you have that down then you can start growing your skills and confidents. like 2 yrs ago I was a occasional biker but I got a good mtb and have been riding it since in all seasons. also I never learned how to bunny hop till a about 4 months ago. and I'm 20.

also a good thing to have experience with is biking in the white stuff. it gives you good experience and muscle reflex memory. and personally there is nothing like biking with both tires sliding on you.

also for a beginner .... I'm not sure if you have a bike already or are looking for one but I highly recommend a 29'er ( 29" rims) hardtail. if your used to a 24" or a 26" it feels weird at push off on a 29'er since the tire being so tall... but once your going my god roll for ever and over a lot of stuff. very efficient with power

  16. Just have someone who knows how to ride start you off in an empty parking lot and you can be riding comfortably in a couple days. It's easier than you probably think and it makes you a better driver overall. I was super anxious because I just dropped 7k on a bike and never operated one before, but by the end of the week I was riding with confidence. Good luck and stay alert.
