  1. How many sit ups should I do a day?

  2. keep going until you can't do anymore

  3. ^ what he said then do 2-4 more sets of that.

  4. Sit ups are good but if you put yourself on a circuit of different exercises and just keep doing that circuit till you cannot do anymore it will be much better. Your muscles become resilient to the same exercise done over and over so keeping it fresh is important. That being said, if you do not ever do sit ups in the first place, then that would be a really good place to start.

  5. All of them.

  6. Bro, you can't just do sit ups. You have to incorporate some hanging leg swings, v-sits, dying cockroach crunches, cyclers, overhead kneeling cable crunches...

  7. Go until you can barely do one more or any, and do a few more. good rule of thumb

  8. Find 4 workouts and do a circuit of those four ab workouts.
