Anyone getting this? Upload Skipped (Error413) I tried to upload photos how I have done it in the past, by clicking the upload button, grabbing some images and attaching them and its not working. Anyone have a solution?
I am getting this issue too, very frustrating. Hopefully they can fix it soon. Reset my router and it did nothing.
I too am getting this same error message. It will let me upload pictures I've previously uploaded, but no new pictures. Very frustrating. Are others still getting this error - I'm sure admin are working on it.
ya i am getting this problem as well a temp hot fix is to upload an imagine to a site like imgur and use the link image button to link the image in the post rather
I had a similar problem. Using "Copy image location" function has been an effective solution, in my case.
Thanks for the replies, I usually have never had problems before, but I was away for a little while and now wanting to journal again and its definitely frustrating not being able to share my nugs.. Hopefully they will fix it. I'm just shooting grow videos, posting them on youtube and then posting the videos...LOL quick fix.
This is how it works for me - I place the cursor over the image, right click the mouse and choose "copy image location". The i place the cursor inside the respond box, right click and choose paste. I have no ideer how this could work on a mobile device. hth
has anyone figured out the actual source of this problem so we can solve it for goo, not just find a quick fix, cause copy image location or whatever didnt work for me. and im not able to get any of my good frosty nugget photos up !!
Damn I posted about this a couple weeks ago. 0 replies. Is this a forum for Cannabis enthusiasts? I use a Sony laptop Linux Ubuntu 15.04 OS I take pictures with a Coolpix camera I upload them to my laptop I access the internet via broadband cable with a browser...I think they call it Firefox I come to Grasscity and access my account I access My Gallery I choose an album to upload pics to I select upload I select files from my local laptop to upload average file size 2.3 mb I select upload again I get various errors: I/O error, 413, etc Make it stop please...fix the issue...I'm pretty sure its not me I read some posts on here from other blades having a variety of upload issues. The upload page says a maximum of 16 mb per file. Right now it seems to be zero mb. Its either a prank GC is doing to the blades or the truth that blades can't upload. Right now the forum sucks
I found that if I use a photo editor like Gimp I could scale the size down around 700 kB and then use the basic uploader and upload one pic at a time since the Advanced Uploader doesn't work at all. open photo editor open photo to be scaled scale photo to around 1680x1260 export file as a jpg open browser log on to grasscity arrow down account settings to My Gallery choose an album choose upload find edited photo select upload select publish and finish select publish goto step 1 and repeat for each photo Fourteen steps not counting mistakes or glitches/ do-overs etc. Very simple
Im having issues posting pics since the new update for my android mobile app auto updated....frustrated all to hell "ABBRA-CADAABRA" MY NIGGA'ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
has anyone figured this out? Ran into the problem a few weeks ago....and just tried to give it another shot and still ran into the 413 error message. The company or whoever GC decided to go with when they made the switch last year absolutely sucks imo. LOTS of bugs when it first rolled out....then things kinda got figured out....but now this. Bad choice by GC....but they prolly never wouldve imagined the clusterfuck the change has caused. Im on a macbook by the way. trying to use the new uploader, but have tried the old one too and got the message that the file was too large.
Thanx GC, making pics impossible really helped. Thanx also for the updates on any progress. If any. Thank you for not seeming to care on this issue, despite others asking. If you guys don`t know, that`s fine. The lack of responce to many questions is poor though. Thanks a lot. Hope it gets fixed.
