Ivory Chillum safety

  1. I have some legal pre-ban elephant ivory pieces (all scrap from a jewelry shop) that I bought a few years back and I was selling art made from it but since the legislation changed this year I can only make items for personal use, so I was thinking of making an ivory chillum pipe like King Mtasa of Uganda had. Do you think it'd be safe to use? I know Rastas use cow bone chillums and ivory is pretty similar to bone so I'm not sure. Please save the hate about using ivory products, I'd rather use the supply I have on hand instead of crushing it or whatever.
