Weird feeling, chest pain when smoking now. Anyones advice or insight would be great :)

    So I've been smoking for about 8-9 years now, but I had to get clean for drug tests like two months ago.
    I started smoking, well trying too, again recently but everytime I do I start getting intensely dizzy and faint, my heart starts beating like crazy and I get mad chest pain. A few times I've been out with my friends, had a few cones and actually passed out, hit my head and seized up.
    If anyone could give me any advice to why this is happening now that would be awesome [​IMG]
    I've never known for it to happen prior to this break.
    Also sorry I wasn't sure where to post this

    I have no idea what's going on with you. Does it happen if you smoke just a little bit? Sorry, mate. I hope you get it figured out.

    Literally everytime I blaze man, no matter on amount.
    It's just got me baffled hey :/

    I'd say go to the DR and get checked out, could be blood pressure or some underlying condition that may really be harmful...


    Oh, and cut way back or stop using weed until you figure it out...good luck

    Yeah true that, I'll hit them up after the bank holiday on Monday.
    Just find it weird as hell that it's just started happening.

    has anyone noticed how the latest scary story post, of pot causing health problems, all start with the same 'themed' phrase..of having been smoking pot for <insert time frame here> and suddenly they are having pot induced health problems?

    ya..may all sound like conspiracy theory crud, but it is a documented tactic prohibitionist (and others) use and I see a lot of similarly 'themed' post from new accounts that die off popping up on GC...

    Mate, come to think of it maybe you're right about the conspiracy theory. I've been smoking since 1968 and have never had these weird symptoms from cannabis. It's never happened to anyone I know. I see these posts every day it seems. The best advice to every one of these posts is not to smoke and that's the lesson prohibitionists are promoting. I guess I'll just ignore them from now on... I was wondering why all these folks were having trouble when getting high- your idea makes sense- they're not getting sick- they're trolls.

    I see your point hey, but I just figured I'd jump on and ask a few people that had been smoking longer than me if they'd heard of anything like this.
    Hoping if all is good I can keep on toking
    Tbf when I lived in England I was doing a lot of other stuff that could of impacted my health but haven't really showed any signs from that so I just blew it off.
    But thanks for the advice so far, the doctor seems to be the way to go. Keep it real guys

    Okay you guys...ya gotta realize we are smoking 25% + thc cannabis nowadays! Slow your roll, if you smoke a whole bowl are a whole joint it will have a negative effect. Were talking high potency here. Go easy and enjoy.

    I agree with _traveling_. Smoking since 1968. Overindulged many times, never got any symptoms asserted by these folks.
    I believe they're trolls.

    This sounds like a European journalist wrote this trying to sound hip like the dope smokers but looking for reasons to condemn it
