  1. Just got my very first vinyl player for Christmas. What are the best albums to buy?! (Already have Zep II, Space Oddity, Yellow Brick Road, Tapestry, many others -- DSOTM, Hotel California and Abbey Road are already on the list)

  2. get some nice old tuff gong reggae classics....cant go wrong with bob marley, pearl jam has great vinyl, jimi hendrix....you got the beatles and zeppelin go get something funky from the 70s, something from the 80s (thriller or van halen), something from the 90s, through in some r&b, rap and miles davis....enjoy the spinning

  3. ...the ones you like? Lol, just buy the music you want to listen to. The format does really change anything. Some stuff I buy on CD, some on vinyl. It's just personal preference.

  4. It's crazy how pricey new vinyls are! A Killers album costs over $20. Quality I guess...

the old vinyls are cool as are a few new good ones (White Stripes), but the new vinyl fad is kinda ruining vinyls for me. They're overpriced, remastered and just release all the crap (Justin Bieber's entire discography is now available in vinyl). Go to a record show or garage sale and look for good classics like The Doors, The Clash, The Dead, etc.

  6. just depends on of you buy mainstream music or not I havnt spent over 10$ on a vinyl. Most 7" I've spent 3 12"s 6-8$

  7. How and where? I can't even find old Floyd used at a record store with 10k records
