This is a first post, but I've been lurking on here for a while.. I hope this is in the right place and hasn't been asked before. Basically, my problem is that I bought a pax on eBay the other day, super uninformed about vapes in general and just making a really stupid spur of the moment purchase. Was also pretty high and just got a Christmas card with a gift card, so that was part of it lol) I've been looking into it more and it's painfully obvious that I just bought a fake. It's supposed to arrive in about a week, and the seller doesn't offer returns. I plan on just sucking up the fact that I wasted fifty bucks, and be glad it wasn't more... Saving for a legit pax that I'll buy at a headshop when I get the money. So, my main question is: Is it safe to use the fake for a short time? Since I'm looking to replace it soon, I'm not trying for long term use or anything, just need to know if it'll catch fire in my bag or something. If it's got any toxic chemicals or whatever to worry about, that'd be good to know, too. Does anyone have experience with this? Any help is super appreciated.
I know a guy who bought a fake. It is harsher and hotter than the real deal, sure. Have heard nothing about safety issues tho`. Gets a little warmer, and is a shitty smoke is all I`ve heard so far. As you stated yourself, 50 bucks? No biggie. Will give you a harsh smoke until you get the real one.
