Is she a hermie?

  1. Is she a hermie or what? Is it worth keeping? Lateish flowering as well almost half hairs are Amber.

  2. sorry for some reason I can't upload a picture but the buds are growing but it looks like every peice has a seed in it. Sugar leaves are starting to show and the plant looks healthy? Will this ruin others?is it worth saving ?

  3. Yes it will pollinate the others. I would get rid of it. You can still harvest it and use the buds for all sorts of things

I'm growing out a hermie right now in the middle of two other plants. Flowering in just in the second week so I am just picking the little balls off as I see them. If I didn't only have three plants maybe I would do it differently. The last time I grew out a hermie I did the same thing and had very few seeds on the hermie and none on the other plants. If you're already seeing seeds form, I guess it may be too late for that, though. Are you sure they're seeds? Swelling calyx's can look like seeds are growing. Check this out very carefully before you get rid of the plant. Usually you would see the male flowers and dusting of yellow pollen on the leaves when your plant starts to release pollen. Take one of the pieces you think is a seed and open it up to check. Let us know, please, mate. Good luck for a bountiful harvest!
Oh, and don't forget- I may have misunderstood, but don't time harvest on pistles- the hairs. You need 60X magnification- jewelers loupe ($12 on Amazon) or hand held microscope to examine the trichomes- the thc glands on the flowers. Sorry if I misunderstood, mate.
