After the forum was taken down yesterday for maintenance or whatever you guys were doing to it to upgrade the speed, the list of "new comments" does not automatically come up anymore when you click on it. Just getting a blank page. I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to and probably not the first notification you have had of it. I just miss being able to easily see what the new posts are!! Thanks for the forum. It's a wonderful learning tool for so many people!! TWW
Try clearing your cache and logging out and back in first. If that doesn't work, then please let us know whether you are on mobile or desktop, OS, etc...
I've cleared cache, tried logging in and out, tried clearing cache yet again but still the problem exists... This is on a Windows7 Professional desktop, viewing through Firefox. Same issue exists on a laptop at home using XP Pro.
Can you please supply a screenshot to highlight which New Comments you are mentioning so we can check
Following the "View New Content" tab from above, I get (and have ever since whatever changes got made in the past few days) I get ZERO new posts...I USED to get up to 12 pages of new posts since the last time I had been on the site. I tried to create an album to upload a .pdf of the screen print but it won't accept the format. I also discovered in that process that I cannot make an album private. The 'button' is defaulted to public and would not allow a modification to turn it off to go private... With some luck, it has at least attached to this message without the need to scan it in order to make it a .jpeg
Problem still exists on the laptop as well...even with cache cleared, logging out and signing back in and trying to change the filter to show a different window of time. The loss of website functionality is a concern...
Can you please try changing your filter to a different setting and revert back to see if that make any change
Some filters are working and others are not...the ones not working include the 'content I have not read' and 'past 24 hours' and 'new since my last visit.'
