  1. The plant behind the first one was hard to capture and it didn't turned out that well since i am fighting aphids the last 2-3 weeks with chopped garlic rosemary and nettle+rosemary tea spray, cleaned some of the leaves but they persist like crazy, anyway some tips for the harvesting time? I am thinking of harvesting the tops of the front plant, good idea for balanced high or what?

  2. Yep, that plant certainly looks like it's had its day. Buds have lots of amber trichomes on them, too.. so it'll make for a very balanced and relaxing high.

  3. Yeah get a magnifier and take a look at your trichomes. Personal preference will judge when to harvest along with some basic tips. For max THC content you need time but as the plant ages the THCA on the plant becomes the cannabinoid CBNA and this is the primary cannabinoid responsible for the sedative effects of cannabis. So as the trichomes get cloudy thats the CBNA levels rising. The orange hairs are a good indicator of harvest time. Often times people go from somewhere 40-70% orange hairs.

For educational purposes I refer to cannabinoids on the plant in the form of THCA or CBNA. This is in short terms the form of cannabinoids on the plant before lit.
