Florida Legalization push

Discussion in 'Marijuana Legalization' started by Reth, Dec 1, 2015.

  1. Florida has selected 5 nurseries to begin the process of starting and production once they pay the taxes and fees in 210 days or June of next year.

Also, many counties in Florida are opting to drop the criminal offenses of carrying up 20 grams a civil infarction and a fine of up to 100$. We are getting there, slowly but surely.

  2. what's the full, current scoop on the sunshine state?

  4. Regulate Florida missed the judicial review deadline for their initiative. Won't see it on the ballot in 2016.

  5. Go figure.... Smh

  6. Do they confiscate the weed with the fine?

  7. Nah they let you roll it up and light it as long as they're not around.......

  8. No lol. They confiscate brah. It's Florida.

  16. Palm beach was kind of a different story. They did the same thing but the head officer said his officers will listen to him and abide by him and not some laws.

    Lmao. What a joke.

  17. Well remember federal laws supercede state laws. What they did with this decriminalization bill thingy, is that it gives the arresting officer the choice of it either being a criminal offense or civil. It's why I say be cool with the man in blue and he will be cool back. Be a dick and they can and will enforce.

What I'm saying is Bradshaw said fuck the new law and everything is criminal.

That's why I said he has officers abide by him.
    His decision being a commie.

    Lol
