Kelp meal to cover.. 5-7 TSP.. then I mix it into the soil. Ewc on top of that, about 1". Then alfalfa to sparsely cover on top of that.. maybe 1 handful or 2 after it has been expanded and rehydrated Works good enough.. the ewc is all I'm really after, the micronutrients in the other 2 can't hurt... Going to top water with some molasses next time see if we can't jump start the microherd a tad
I top dresses with "my mix" to cover the straw mulch and soaked in with a cup 1/4 cup kelp to 3 gal of water...I top water on the regular like you but slowed down to just using a sprayer to keep top layer moist...

I have gotten away from tying down. I found I tie down to a point.. then I am tying up. That's inefficient. The bud weight will pull them girls open at which point I leave them in the room until harvest and water with a funnel on a pvc pipe. Come week 5 I will do more harm than good by taking them in and out of the room. Plus they're so heavy I get covered In stank bending into them and it's hard to live life smelling like a sticky nugget often times lol.
Yeah. My ass is whipped today. Transplants were necessary. Storm Fronts working on me, It is What It Is.. Smelling So GOOD!!!! 6 Ladies in flower no light on except flashlight from underneath... The FEM'S.... Let these Regular HSH and PPP Do whatever till I know sex and transplant to flower.... Pulled cuts to cycle to tell for sure on Sex... They needed transplant, damn yellow shows in pics worse on some and not as bad on others...WTF...Crazy lights... All transplants/clones/etc will stay in T5 area for a few days.. Shit kicked my ass transplanting all this, and living life!

Damn Amazon Supplier only sent 1 of the 5 pack on the 10 gal smart pots.. Damn Shipping Department.. New Temp Monitor arrived. My Lights off. Low Temps are 59 F and RH of 27%. It got down to 20F here last night BTW... Didn't have it long enough to verify day temp. I run around 80F with old monitor at canopy set 20 inches above.
