Cant think of a single one. Mostly because electric cars are NOTHING like regular cars. For instance, you cant go anywhere in an electric car. If you do it will take you weeks whereas in a regular car it can be done in hours. You cant use them at night, or in the rain or the battery goes flat, and you'll be stuck. You cant put a system in it. Its too much of a drain on the battery, and you'll be stuck. You cant do any performance upgrades. If you do you'll kill the battery and you'll be stuck. Really the only reason to have an electric car is if you care nothing for cars, and you never have to actually go anywhere in it.

Not to mention how HORRIBLE they are for the environment:

How are they bad for the envirorment? Worse than a regular gas car that burns Gas and just the oil it uses for a simple oil change?

  4. I guess you didn't watch the video....

  5. There isn't a link

  6. LOL Stupid GC.. There is a video.. You just cant see it I guess.... //static.grscty.com//public/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif

Search youtube for M3 vs Prius One gallon fuel crisis challenge.... Its a Top Gear segment.. The 3:30 mark is the M3 vs Prius race..

  7. Where can I get one of those CO2 burning cars?

  8. Walmart

  9. Umm, Tesla anyone?

They have supercharge stations that can get you back on the road in 30 minutes (not great, but not days to go cross country).
(In the US along the major national highways)

    Expensive tho.

$135k for the fully loaded (except child seats) ludicrous speed one. 0-60 in 2.8 seconds. ~260 mile range if I recall correctly, might be more.

More like $80k if you don't need to go insane on it.

  10. you can use them at night and in the rain. My snobby ass sister had to have 1 of those pos a few years ago. Came with head lights and windshield wipers. She even drove it in the rain at night. Maybe a car with solar panels maybe effected but not 1 you plug in. I'll stick with my gas guzzling truck

  11. And they go the speed limit. It doesn't take any longer to get anywhere

You do know how battery's are made right?

Pollution caused by nickel mining and associated stuff to build these batteries out ways any positive coming from driving them..electric cars are just a scape goat for people to act like they care....

    The real answer is hydrogen.

  13. nice bicycles are pretty handy.

  14. What happens when we use up all the water

  15. I hope you aren't talking about separating oxygen from hydrogen then burning it because that's wasteful. Nuclear fusion is the answer.
With efficient use of einsteins E=mc2 we could get insane amounts of energy from small amounts of mass, read about it.

But on topic, I see only one blade knows about Tesla motors, very sad indeed

  16. Tesla model S
    Electric
    416hp
    0-60mph in 4.2 seconds
Top speed 130mph limited by software
    256 miles per charge

Not bad but I'll stick to gas and diesel

  17. All cars are electric, that's why you need a battery and alternator

  19. I was just pointing out a pretty bad ass electric car is all. The stats are there that's for sure. Just comes with a price tag. We're in the days you can drop $70,000 on a Chevrolet truck, everything is out of line price wise.
