Hey y'all! I just have a question about using colloidal silver to produce female pollen. So if I have two feminized autoflower seeds am I able to simply make male pollen and then transfer it to the female buds?? And when I do and produce seeds are those seeds going to be all autoflower as well? Any tips or advice will help!
that didn't make sense female pollen .Pollen is what a male produces if your growing a feminized autoflower and its starts out growing female buds eventually it will turn male and pollinate it's own self .And you got seeds when you harvest.You don't need anything else
If it were me i would start one and get it 2 weeks start 2nd bean then your male will be ready, if needed store the pollen for a week or 2 to ensure good pollination

you seriously think hes going to create a regular seed to a feminized ?I would just assume he bought a feminized seed already.And just wants his plant to give him seeds.That's why i said that yeah you're right there's no other way to stress an autoflower i forgot well besides with extreme heat but i doubt anyone want to do that
I honestly don't know what you are trying to say. Your words are pretty muddled and you aren't using punctuation. What he has proposed is pretty standard, I don't know what part you are having trouble understanding. He is going to grow two female plants from his two feminised seeds. Once flowering he will spray one with colloidal silver and this will cause male flowers to grow. The pollen given off will be female pollen. When this polinates the other plant the resulting seeds will be feminised and will all grow in to female plants due to there being no male chromosomes present
holy shit my words were all fucked up lol .I know what your saying that method everybody does to have something to show from one seed, but why not bud it out until it turns male on it own and polllinates itself .Would'nt that fuck with the growth in some way for his next generations .
Again, I don't know what you're trying to say. The muddled words and lack of punctuation makes your point anyone's guess. It's almost sounds like you are saying that if you leave a female plant flower for long enough, it will produce male flowers, pollinate itself, and make it's own seeds. I'm not familiar with this idea. I have grown lots of autos and left them until all the pistils have died back and none have grown male flowers. But even if I waited longer and they did, there aren't any female flowers left alive to catch the pollen

I actually think the auto flower gene is recessive in this case but I have no clue bahaha. Apparently its a recessive trait. So youd need to grow out the third generation & run em under 20/4 or whatever to see which ones start flowering and breeed those.
Thanks for all the information on making my own #AutoSeeds. I basically understand it up until it was said to grow it out until the 3rd generation? This is where my newbieness kicks in.. Where do the seeds come from for the second and third grow? Wasn't the first batch of auto seeds feminized to begin with? I'm not trying to be a dick, or a troll, or an ass... I want to learn how to make my own feminized auto seeds using different female photo period plant's as the plant to be treated with the female AF pollen.. I'm basically a newbie but I do have a few successful grows under my belt.. all but 1 plant were photo period plant's and the 1 auto I did do was from Nirvana Seed Bank and it was a Short Rider which did nothing for me but waste electricity about 3 years ago but now I'm doing 3 Cheddar kush 70 auto's and so far I'm impressed with it and want to learn how to make my own auto seeds so I can get atleast 2 harvests if not 3 a season so if anyone knows how to make them please let me in on all the tricks of the trade... I was under the impression that if I reversed the sex on a branch of a feminized 70 day auto and collected the pollen from it and used it on a branch of a female photo period plant and these seeds would be 100% feminized autos of the photo period plant that was used... and I know there will have different pheno's to go through... Can anyone that knows what/how to make them please share the wealth!!!
No, crossing an auto with a photo will not produce all autos. Some will be autos and some will be photos. Some of the photos will carry the auto gene but express the photo gene, and some won't have it at all. If you want to make auto seeds then cross two autos as all offspring will be autos As for the pollination process, it seems you understand that perfectly. I don't understand the first part of your post because you say you don't understand where the seeds come from, but then explain it later
