  1. Looking for advice on treating COPD, fatigue, and chronic pain, by vaping. A familiy member of mine has COPD, fatigue, and chronic pain, I'm wondering if vaping is a good start. She has never tried pot and I'm worried she might over react to it. Any suggestions on the strain to use to treat this?
    Thanks

any strain would do just do not use to much at first so as not to overwhelm the individual. in fact some people do not feel it at all the first time as receptors get filled with cannabinoids. could take two or three tries. either way start out with tiny amounts and work up in dosage amounts.

edit, save all vaped remains to use in edibles later, will be a different experience fo sho

  3. Vaping is definitely the best way to start off imo. If I could have I definitely would have.

  4. Vaping has been a godsend for me. Strain does matter in my opinion, chronic fatigue would require a pure sativa and body pain can usually be knocked out by a majority of indicas. You might try a hybrid like Girl Scout cookies, gorilla glue etc. and for body pain I'd go with granddaddy purple hands down. Look into buying a firefly vape or arizer air.

  5. I would like to suggest that you go to the edible section into a forum called incredible edible herb.

You will find a stickie called Another Tincture thread.

There is also an abridged version in a thread called Dragon Lite.

Tinctures work well for many folks who need cannabis as a medicine who may not want to or be able to smoke / vape.
