Cali Weed Prices

    Hey blades, I recently moved to the bay area and am confused about the weed prices here. I found one dealer, who sells zips for 120-140. It's not top shelf dank, but it's not mids either. Another dude I found sells some serious dank, but its like 250+ a zip. Is this dude a clown? Or is it actually that expensive for some top shelf stuff out here. thx

    Do you have a California state issued ID? If so, get a med card and then you can go on weedmaps and not have to worry about getting ripped. Good luck to you. I pay $300 a zip for 28% THC lab tested bud delivered to my door.

    2. Despite what people claim to say, I'm pretty sure most top shelf bud from reputable dispensaries is still about the same as everywhere else i.e. 20g/50-60 8th/300+ an ounce etc.

    In the Bay area, there are a TON of people who grow their own bud. If you have a card or you're lucky enough to know someone that's cool about it, you can get zips for cheap. The guys charging you $300 or more are buying from the growers and passing on the "savings"... in other words, dealers. Get in contact with some growers or learn to grow yourself, and you'll have top shelf all the time, not just when you can afford it.
