  4. Thank R- Todd Hunter of Corpus Christi. Totally turned his back on the bills and the voices of the people. Still think herb will be legalized in the next few years here, but I'm not sure I'll be here when it does. Got laid off last week due to the decline in the oil and gas industry. Looking to move to SoCal soon, maybe Colorado if I can find the right job.

  5. Texas state legislature voted down a simple study on the benefits of MJ for veterans with PTSD last week. Pretty much Texas is the battle ground because its most's view if Texas go 420 it's all over so I think every Alcohol, Cigarette, Prison and police lobbyist are going to be all out fighting to keep us dry. I personally don't care for him, but the most positive thing I've heard was Ted Cruz backing off prohibition. Really, how can the Tea Party not? Less Government, more freedom right? Well, that's cannabis.  It'd still be a step forward but I think the decriminalization is going to hurt more than help. If you can't grow it legally or sell it legally  what the difference in the way it is now? Our moron politicians need to realize prohibition creates all the trafficking problems. If it wasn't illegal there would be no trafficking, it'd be legal and taxable business. My personal ideology is that no mistake is a complete loss if you learn from it. Unfortunately they learned nothing, or forgot everything that happened in the 30s with Alcholhol prohibition. I was reading the link below earlier an taken back with all the parallels there are to today.  I never really thought of it before, but Alchohol Prohibition only outlawed producing and distributing Alchohol so it was never illegal to drink. Hmmmmm sounds like decriminalization o,O

  6. there are still folks politicians) who think they can say anything and people will hear/believe them but barely because the peoples heads are in the sand and can hear mute tones. well those mute tones are now being recognized as our own consciousness and not a seedy political figure in it for wealth and gains. people now have google so the I say it is so (lying) and expecting people to take it dry right up the rear aint working no mo. we are at least requesting lube at this time so the lies don't hurt so much while we realign ourselves with more savory honest type people who's intent is not to back stab, back thrust(dry) you into submission.

  7. Law enforcement, prison guard Union and the private prison system aren't having legalization at this point. But the fact that it even passed the initial committee shows that cooler heads are beginning to prevail. I give it maybe a few years before we're legal, maybe sooner depending on if Cali and a few other states legalize this fall. For now, the elected jackasses reign.
