Reveg female clone is producing immature seeds without pollen sacs, why?

I would like to know if a monstercropped reveg female clone going from 12/12 to 14/10 would produce rodelization. There are no noticeable pollen sacs but imature seeds are forming in the preflowers. I would like to know if it would be worth it to see the seeds mature as some people are saying it would produce feminized seeds. I was also wondering could a female pollinate itself without any external pollen? or is this thing a ticking time bomb waiting to pollinate every surrounding plant?
