Ive heard the plastic ones you see when you search up "aeroponics misters" clog regularly but that can be expected. I cant speak for any brand in particular but if I were you id stick with the ones made by aero companys simply because they are made of metal, they all claim sub 50 microns so any of those seem like a safe bet
Sub 50 micron is relative to the pressure you put on them. Most nozzles generate huge percentage of droplets well above the ideal range. Here`s a pic to give you an idea of just how hard it is to judge mist droplet size. the apertures in the mesh are122 micron, which is huge by aeroponic standards
Clogging is the result of unfiltered nute concentrate residue, or, as I stupidly did, running organic. Hydroponic- Research V + B for the win I bought good mist head system from Reptile Basics. I can't say I had any better results than using straight up F & D, but modified to take advantage of what I learned from 2 years of hpa. The biggest being, the root zone temps need to be carefully monitored, or you'll never see fluffy root hairs See my DIY Mini-Me F & D for ideas
