    My friend wants to smoke but he just got a job. They do random drug tests. Hes wondering how it will take for it to clear out of system if he smokes tonight.  He is 5'9 155lbs 12% bodyfat

    there are lots of guides and information that can easily be found with a google search specifically relating to this.  based on the information you have given and the fact that everyone is different, there is no way anyone here will know the answer.  I would think at least a week minimum?  but don't take that to heart.
