Can Anyone Help A Newb Out? I Have A Closet With A Hood And Cfl 200Watt. What Is My Cheapest Way To Finish A Grow House?

    Well I just need info on the must haves with growing under cfls. I have a fan thermometer and painted the walls white I am using potting compost at the moment lol I just need to know what else I need? Thanks for the reply man!:)
