I don't know if this falls into the "micro" size grow anymore but here is my custom made cabinet. It started out as an unfinished oak kitchen sink cabinet. I added 12" to the top. Modified the front doors into 1 removable door that has hidden magnetic locks. It is light proof and houses a Mar Hydro 300w LED fullsized 4" HV fan and 12" carbon filter. Growing space is 35"x24"x41". Currently have a whole bunch of sexy ladies hanging out in it, 3 Bomb Seeds Cherry Bombs, 1 Nirvana Blue Mystic, 1 Short Stuff Seeds Pink Grapefruit, and 1 Auto Seeds Ultra Lemon Haze.

Nxsta, I think your problem would be better served in the Sick Plant forum but as long as you are here couple of questions.... 1) How old have the plants? 2) What soil are they in? 3) Lighting? 4) Ph of water going in and run off? 5) Temp?
The fan is a just a cheap duct fan for 125mm ducting, I am using the same one in the bathroom I don't know the brand of the filter, but the duct connection is 125mm and the total height from the filter is 250mm. Max airflow 240m3. And the most important: its working great! No smell with this filter

Here's my cloning/veg cab. Just whipped it up yesterday. 2 clones from some blueberry that should be done next week ( trying to reveg em) and Beside that we have some AK47 crossed with Skunk 1. Buddy of mine is friends with the breeder, and assured me that they were female. So let's prey they were, and then we can maybe get 4 clones off of each of them a month.
Here's my custom cab! Mines is just plywood put together with some screws and caulk/sealant, originally painted then put up panda film. Also started with pc fans but couldn't get them to work through a filter/exhaust once my girls started to smell so sweet! So upgraded to a 4in inline fan(in box on floor, used to quiet a little) going to order and inline filter as I read it's best to have the filter before the fan. Also will be ordering my second P150 to add in as well that's the main light I have with 2 GalaxyHydro 54w led grow strips and a few pc fans circulating air inside. Wanted to fully paint mine but going to do some re-arranging so will wait till after that! Pics are beginning to current, evolving as money, ideas & issues arrive!
