Did I Smoke Real Weed Or Synthetic?

    Hey guys =), first time smoking weed yesterday and man was it fun! The high was relaxing and carm, I had a dry mouth and food tasted good, time slowed down and a 5 minute song felt like 20! it was good and lasted about 4 hours with all the effects listed above, problem is today I'm paranoid that i smoked some synthetic sh!t or something, no reason but I just get worried about that stuff (since my cousin used to be addicted to it) the weed i smoked smelt earthy and pretty much natural (didnt smell like chemicals) but i'm still paranoid as sh!T, am i worrying over nothing here? Another point is that today i still feel like i can't concentrate even though it's over 24 hours since i last smoked, is this normal especially for first timers. I'm probably just paranoid but idk? I live in New Zealand and they just recently banned synthetics ( thank fucking christ).

    If it lasted 4 hours, it was real. Most synthetics only last 30 mins or so.

    Based on your description, you definitely smoked real weed.
    Synthetics don't last 4 hours, more like 20 minutes if you are "lucky."
    Aaaaand you wouldn't describe the high as "calm" or relaxing...probably more like "my heart was about to explode" and "freaking the fuck out."  :D

    Sounds like bud to me. That synthetic shit is horrible for you! My friend couldnt smoke bud for a while and would only smoke that. He'd get stomach pains from it...

    Just to make it easy for you - most (not all) of chemical sprayed "grass" looks puffy and fluffy, smell is horrible, also when smoking it tastes like shit, and most common thing u will feel, it kicks in about 5secs after 1 hit (u don't need to wait even 1 minute or so) but i understand you, i feel guilty that i tried that stuff...i mean SHIT!

    Anyway look, don't over think things, that's when more paranoid thoughts find a way to slip themselves in lol. It sounds like you smoked some good old fashioned bud, glad you enjoyed the goodness of mother earth!  :smoke:
