What's up GrassCity... I've been thinking about growing lately. I live in Arizona and can (under state law) grow up to 6 plants at a time. I live in a small town and we only have one dispensary which is not very good i'm afraid. Their bud is dry and almost crumbly, not properly cured, and i'm pretty sure they do not have original phenos of any strains. Therefore, I am looking to grow my own medicine. I am not completely unexperienced... when i was in highschool i grew an outdoor plant. I used no fertilizers or nutrients and just went along with the grow. The bud was not very good but it was moist and had a sweetish taste to it. Anyway... i've been thinking about growing in a 2x4x6 grow tent. I would have 2 plants under a 600w hps/mh light. Both plants would be in 7 gallon smart pots and i would scrog them. I plan on using fox farms ocean forest as my medium and the fox farms trio liquid nutrients. I also plan on topping my plants 2 or 3 times and then fimming right before it hits the screen. I want to push each plant to getting 6oz of dry buds each. My question is.. Is it even possible? If it is, how long should i veg for to obtain my desired amount? ANY advice, tips, and suggestions about anything from my setup is welcome! Thanks and STAY UP! EDIT: I also plan on lollipopping everything under the canopy to get full energy concentration on the colas.
Veg for as long as it takes to fill up 80 percent of the underside of the net. Make sure to pull any growth back under the net. Once there, switch to flower and for the first week continue to pull growth under the net. After that you should have a fairly even canopy. Sent from my SM-G900V using Grasscity Forum mobile app
My scrog veg just hit 4 weeks today. I'm going to let it grow a little longer. Maybe a week.. I cut the bottom third off yesterday so about a week will give it time to heal before flower. Keep growing till the wheels fall off!!!

Plants are nice looking but seems a bit out of control a scrog. I like mine level lime this. You stopped train to soon. But again looks good. This is one of my 4x4 scrogs. I achieved a fairly even canopy with this afgooey.
