Extra sharp cheddar! I have never found a cheddar I thought was too sharp.

I recently had a cheese that I had never seen before, Sage Derby. That was super good. Other than that I gimme cheddar, and give it to me sharp.

 

Sharp cheddar, mozzarella, provolone, or asiago.

but i love provolone for sandwiches and a nice medium cheddar or cheddar-jack for most everything else.
