I noticed they came up around some kind of wall-less roofed shelter. Do many birds hang out around there? Birds are notorious for spreading cannabis.
I've never noticed a lot of birds in that particular spot. It's actually in a horse pasture, so it's pretty much growing out of piles of horse shit. There was some growing in the front yard by a bird feeder too. My mom killed those though cuz she didn't want everyone who comes to our house to see them.
older thread but has my interest as I have the same situation here--only I am at my own place, not my parent's. I've been reading like mad, and seems these wild weeds look fem to me. I am wanting to do an outdoor grow but now worry about these wild things all messing up my grow. this year I may just pick a patch and see if I can't pull up the males, see what happens then.
