You're right. The entire list of things I mentioned is barely just as important as "reproductive rights". Seriously though, I'm not playing my issues are more important than yours game. I have to address the argument that abortions are an exercise of freedom. With ownership comes the responsibility of your actions. Also, it is inconsistent to bring up ownership of body without addressing the child'sownership of their body. If a woman chooses to have unprotected sex and gets pregnant they have the responsibility to take care of that child. Now I don't know all the science behind when the child is conscious, but the child is a human.
