Hey all, I recently ordered seeds from the said company above, After waiting over 28 days now even though they did say a max of 14 ive started emailing. Since they haven't got back to me, ive sent 2 more emails now and ive even told them im going to the bank to recover my money still nothing. Just a warning for everyone as I will never use them again. They chat with you fine before taking your money but when they have it they don't care.
I will in the next week, funnily enough that write me a reply 1 day after I slander them on here. funny that. they replied saying they sent something out to me on the 27th and to check my spam, this was a lie im not that stupid nor have that many emails I cant check through both daily. And then they said theyd send me out more or offer me a full refund. Fair enough that's what everyone wants but how dare they do it after over 40 days waiting? with not 1 email since my order apart from an advertisement to buy more. I don't know could just be me because I appreciated good customer service but im royally pissed that I have to find a new company now go through a whole new waiting time. because of these slack, non-motivated stoners.
And still im warning everyone to stay away if you take a chance to read this email you will know what I mean. Hi, We double checked our system, and we never received the cash payment. Did you send the cash via tracked post? I still have receipts but this is bullshit. Sounds like they never even sent anything to begin with !!
DONT CARE IF YOU HAVE HAD SUCCESSFUL TSSC ORDERS NEVER USE IT IF THEY TREAT ME LIKE THIS THEY'LL DO THE SAME TO ANYOTHER CUSTOMER.

not yet man ay its fucked, first time ive ever ordered seeds. I asked them about a week after purchase how long it would be and they said 7-14 days so I said yeah no worries. I waited up until over 30 days its nearly 40 now and have sent them emails which they took days to reply too and then told me they had no record of my " cash " being sent, so obviously my seeds had in turn never been sent either. I paid with my own personal credit card received a receipt that moment the transaction was made which I have forwarded to them in my last email sent. All in all another guy on here seemed to have no problems but the way theyre dealing with me theyre just trying to hold onto my money as long as possible which is now getting to me.
Just do a charge back on your cc since you never received the items you ordered. I recommend Herbies or you could try Attitudes or thcfarmer. I ordered from Herbies once on Black Friday and got my order in less than a week. It all depends on which port of entry your package enters the U.S. depending upon the shipping address you use. Sorry to hear of your trouble with Single Seed Centre. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them. I recently had trouble with an order. They sent me the wrong seeds which cost less than what I purchased. Instead of just reimbursing me the difference, they sent me the seeds I had ordered to begin with. So I ended up with almost 100 dollars worth of free seeds and a new strain to try out. They are the ONLY seed company I will deal with now.
I had a Original Sensible order seized by Chicago customs last December. I switched to TSSC and four orders have come through Chicago flawlessly. I needed to stock up but didn't want to risk losing a big order so I broke it into four. TSSC is expensive and the freebies suck but I got all my stuff.
Ive always had amazing results from the single seed centre. Never a package seized or an order misplaced. Once they took about a month to get to me so i messaged them saying they probably got taken and they said theyd resend the seeds for just the cost of shipping. Sure enough a few days later i got the first package, then another 2 weeks later i got the second. I also always buy the insurance. Its only 5 bucks extra. Thats what drew me to the single seed centre. Places like attitude charge almost $20 for shipping and to "insure" your package they charge you another $20 for a cup or shirt or wallet which is bullshit, i want that $20 going to seeds! At the single seed centre, its $10 or $11 bucks for standard and i think $16 for insured "no bull-shipping" i think they used to call it. haha. just my experiences with them but havent ordered in about a year.
Ordered from TSSC on Thursday evening, arrived today, Saturday morning. Paid by card. Used cheapest delivery option. I ordered multiple seeds from 4 different strains from 4 different banks plus got a couple of freebies. Service seems fine to me.
If only there was a place that sold the clones I want. About as realistic as Fantasy Land at Disney, I think... and I live in WA. Clone selection here is poor, you don't have full detail about the strain, don't know if the mother was a strong plant, don't want mites and other issues..... There are a host of reasons seeds can be better than clones but I digress. I've ordered from Original Sensible and one order arrived, the second was seized. OP: seizures are a completely normal thing for seed ordering, just something you have to be prepared for and expect. Some seed banks will either give you credit or re-send the seeds, some don't. That kind of stuff is what I research on the seed sites before I order so I know what I'm dealing with. I don't challenge credit charges for the seeds that have been confiscated. That punishes the seed bank when it was US laws that caused the problem, and if enough of us do that banks will stop accepting credit cards (many already do not). If they never sent yours out in the first place, that's messed up. Hope you get your situation resolved and are better prepared for the next order.
Sorry TheAus, I ordered 5 Auto Assassin seeds from The Seed Centre and I received only 4 (I triple checked) seeds plus 2 free. I emailed them, they promptly emailed back, apologized and said they would send me the missing seed. In about 10 days I received the missing seed AND 2 more free seeds! They paid shipping. Once again, I am sorry for TheAus. I hope your future orders to whomever will be enjoyable
