  1. the only problem i know when it comes to dilution of urine by drinking ass loads of water is the color. but if you take b vitamins to color it that solves that problem. the health concern is hyponatremia(too much water causing your sodium levels to become imbalanced) so you can eat salt to fix that. is there anything else that may cause a problem? aside from needing to quit smoking for a bit.

  2. Foods if you choose to eat. Mango and stuff will hold it in your system longer and fatty foods will to. You pretty much need to live on like 1 calorie foods like bananas celery and apples. (there is no such thing as a 0 calorie food so don't get tricked by that shit)

  3. Lol Bananas have a bunch of calories. They're loaded with sugar. Apples are better, but the average apple is still about 100 calories. Bananas are more.

celery isnt 0 calorie but i believe you burn more calories eating a piece of celery than the celery itself has...or close

    i regards to celery:

"The good: This food is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Magnesium and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Potassium and Manganese.

The bad: This food is high in Sodium, and a large portion of the calories in this food come from sugars."

  5. well i figured most of us know about thc being fat soluble. but its a very minimal effect short term since thc and fat are running through you blood vessels no motter what you eat.
about the 0 calorie thing, i think celery actually has 5(dont quote me) but takes way more to digest it. theres a few foods that are negative calorie in this sense. the only other i know off the top of my head is basically 0 is mustard. whole grains and other fibrous foods take alot of calories to digest too. why do you think asians with all their rice are so skinny?lol

  6. high end drug tests test for creatinine as well, and consuming the correct amount of creatine supplement to make it seem normal isn't really an easy thing to figure out.

  7.
dem apples be loaded with that sugar too yo

  8. i just did research on how to raise creatinine levels. creatine supplements dont have much effect because its not processed in creatinine. creatinine is a waste product of muscle contraction. so working out is the best way to raise creatinine levels, but only do heavy strength training(3 or less reps per set) as to use the least amount of fat possible

  9. i found the loop hole in this pass method. specific gravity(concentration of urine). it only tests how many particles are in it, not specific chemicals, so not easy to get around. taking lots of vitamins and things like workout supplements might work, but theres no reasonable way to assure SG is in the correct range before the test.

i cant for the life of me find the other things they test for in urinalysis. could i get some help here

Drinking a shitload of water followed by taking a B vitamin to turn the urine yellow is hardly a new concept.  It is arguably the best and most common way that people pass a UA.  The arguable exception is that a lot of people just dilute with water, but they piss clear. I lab will usually reject a clear sample just based on the visual, and you will either take it again or fail based on giving an altered drop.  That B vitamin (B2 or B12) will turn your piss yellow after a couple of times of peeing when diluting.

  11.
both bananas and apples have a LOT more than one calorie. lol.  just because it's fruit, doesn't mean you should go crazy on it.

    Wilford Brimley made that mistake.

  12. Best way to pass a drug test : don't smoke.

Second best way to pass a drug test : don't take one.

  13. Actually the truth is, the calories counted Is the final amount of calories after your body has digested it and such.
Hence why there is no such thing as zero or negitave calorie foods.

  14. Even though in this context the main thing needs to be fat content of the food rather than calories. As long as its under 600 calories or at that a day unless your working out. (The average person burns aprox 500 calories a day going about their day. 100 more will help keep you a little healthier)

Okay I'm officially giving you the ignorance award. Please educate yourself on nutrition.

If you really want to know how many calories you burn a day google BMR calculator. This stands for basal metabolic rate. This is the amount of calories one burns just being alive. You then multiply that by your activity level to get calories burned in a day. That's maintenance calories.

One pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories. So by reducing your calorie intake by 500 from your maintenance calories you will effectively lose one pound of body fat a week.

This is just a basis however. Your body is more of a chemistry set than it is a calculator. Insulin is a big player in fat storage on the nonactive. When trying to pass a drug test it isn't the fat that you eat that is important. It's actually the insulin response which makes you put on fat. You actually should try to increase fat intake and decrease high glycemic index carbohydrates and high insulin response carbohydrates. If you have the willpower keeping your carbs to a minimum while only eating low glycemic index complex cabohydrates is best.

(Fat lowers inslin response which is why it is good to eat for losing weight which is why diets like the Adkins diet work)

not true. sparkwolf is in the same track as me. your probably thinking about RMR(resting metabolism) for the 500. average pesron apends approx. 2000 calories a day(more or less depending on activity level). also it really doesnt matter what type of calorie it is for weight management, just how many. the only time fat makes you fatter than protein and carbohydrates is when you have eaten alot of carbs with the fat. carbs(glucose being the form in your blood) signal to create insulin, a very powerful anabolic hormone. insulin aids in the creation of muscle and fat, so if you eat alot of simple sugars with fat you are basically giving the nails to a carpenter.
