How Much Do You Think She Will Put Out By The End Of The Growing Season?

  1. so she sprouted on April 4th and since then she was experiencing a lot of stress do to the southern California climate and spider mites. Since then I have been giving her neem oil and Fox Farm fertilizer Big Grow. my brother doesn't even think she will produce an eighth. But I am very optimistic haha. If she experiences is a lot of growth between now and October, do you think she will produce at least an ounce? I really would appreciate an expert advice because I am beginner and have never grown anything before. Thank you for The input :)

  2. How do you add pictures? Lol I can't find the option anywhere??

  4. Man I have no idea what's going in with your plant? For the meantime I'd argue with your brother and say less than that? She's a weird looking plant. But you've still gotta a lot of time so who knows man. There's a lot that factors into it.

  5. My brother fucked it up by cutting the first branches off. Now it looks like a demented palm tree -. - well, the good thing is that I have two more seeds coming in the mail. So maybe they'll even surpass my plant in time?? Idk I'll probably be getting them in about 3 days.

  6. How much a young plant will give you grown outdoors is dependent on so many variables. Only noobs look at a plant in May and want to know what the final yield will be. Worry about keeping it alive and growing this summer.

  7. it looks good except for the last pic looks like you have been cutting fan leaves and lollipopping? And another question...spider mites in south cali? I thought they were up in Mendicino county.

  8. we definitely have spider mites in socal, white flies and gnats are a bitch too.  I use azamax, a neem extract, along with occasional spinosad treatment (captain jack's dead bug)

you'll definitely get more than an eighth if you grow that plant right, but don't cut off fan leaves like that.  If you want you can top now, and it'll stop upward growth and force more out of those 5 or 6 nodes you've already got

  9. there's still 2-3 months before the plants even start to flower, if a plant vegges for 3 months and doesn't pull an eighth, you're doing it seriously wrong

long story short, I had a weather problem of some sort and the fan leaves were literally turning black then turning yellow and then crisping off... the reason why the fan leaves are so messed up is because of that problem.. I'm not sure if it wasn't It was because of The climate, or some other kind of deficiency but the problem seems to have stopped after I added Pro-silicate Or because I added the Fox Farm big grow. But either way the problem seems to have stopped.

okay so I might have already messed up. I topped and Fimed it at the same time... it looks like the fan leaves that I Fimed growing in smaller... Is that supposed to happen? Although, when I topped it there now seems to be two new things growing in the center of the plant(I'm bad with names sorry) Ill post a picture of the two little things I'm talking about. I may have Fiming and Topping confused with each other. just check out that link and the new pictures should be there.

  12. Either way, you've slowed upward growth and should see those tiny nubs on the stem turn into branches over the next few weeks

  13. I see it happening already actually! I just hope my yield won't be THAT badly decreased... If I can get an O, I'll be extatic haha! The fertilizer helped a lot though, I used it 2 times in a row. The first time I used 1/4 tsp, and today I gave her 1/8 of a tsp more then last time. Her leaves aren't turning yellow at all, actually it's growing much faster and it's greener! Should I increase again next time by one more 1/8 tsp or do the same thing I did previously??

  14. yield is determined by the size/health of the plant when it flips to flower, so as long as you get her to rebound she'll be fine.

I have no idea how much fertilizer to use, don't know anything about how strong it is, what npk ratio, etc
